CALL for GUNSHOW VOLUNTEERS
It is that time of year where PCFGA begins finalizing details of it’s Annual Gunshow, which is being held at the Grimshaw Arena September 26 & 27, 2009
Volunteer needs are similar to those in previous years and are listed below. Dates and times are included to help you decide what you are able to offer.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
~ Wed Sept 23rd 10am: Labor- loading & setting up tables.
~ Fri Sept 25th 12-8pm: Labor-helping vendors with set up.
~ Sat Sept 26th 8-9:45am: Labor-helping vendors with set-up.
~ Sun Sept 27th 4-6pm: Labor-closing down and returning tables.
~ Sat Sept 26th 9:30am to 5:30pm & Sun Sept 27th 9:30am-5:30pm

Election Announcement
Elections were held at the July 3oth General Meeting where Vice-President, Jamie Halliday, announced his decision to move into the President position in light of Greg’s Bernetic’s resignation in May 2009. This opened up the Vice-President position for nominations and elections.
Congratulations to Jamie on his new role with the Executive and congratulations and welcome to Jay Becker, who was elected as the new Vice-President!
